The ingredients and their effects according to Ayurveda:

• Black tea (full-bodied taste and stimulating, revitalizing effect)
• Ginger (rich in vitamin C, magnesium, iron and calcium and has antibacterial properties)
• Cinnamon (provides a spicy note and has a disinfectant, circulation-boosting and mood-enhancing effect)
• Ashwagandha (the medicinal plant soothes and energizes, promotes the immune system and improves thyroid function)
• Turmeric (strong anti-inflammatory effect and use in metabolic diseases)
• Cardamom pod and cardamom seed (helps with digestive and cold symptoms and relieves respiratory illnesses)
• Cloves (strengthen the body's own defenses and protect cells from free radicals)
• black pepper (especially helpful in combination with turmeric for inflammation, also has an antioxidant effect)

The preparation:

Pour 1.5 g of tea with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
